Manage day-to-day accounting, human resources and other administrative activities.
Follow and further develop accounting systems and procedures using QuickBooks and Quicken for Villazzo LLC, affiliated investment companies and real estate holdings whose properties Villazzo manages.
Monitor Expense Accounting Procedures and Systems.
Minimize cost of supplier services without compromising purchase share, customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Negotiate key supplier agreements and insurance coverage as agreed.
Prepare monthly and quarterly budgets and financial reports.
Create monthly Luxury Villazzo Living and VillaHotels invoices.
Prepare and record payroll.
Handle office management administration.
Undertake other ad hoc tasks and projects as agreed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Expert in Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office 2003 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, FrontPage), Quickbooks, and Quicken.
Highly efficient worker, used to a very professional work environment.
Excellent written communication skills (able to compile professional letters and presentations without guidance).
In-depth computer knowledge; expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and all Internet applications.
At least 5 years experience as Accountant and
Office Manager.

Essential Job Functions:
Build and spearhead Villazzos Villazzo Living division.

Essential Job Functions:

Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all clients.
Create an extensive database of the best restaurants, spas, services offered in the
Paris area.
Answer incoming telephone calls in professional, timely and pleasant manner and provide information and direct calls appropriately.
Direct clients and guests to appropriate venue and interact with same professional and pleasant manner.
Place food and beverage orders per clients request, pick up and deliver the order to the client.
Serve meals, tea, hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and other food and beverage items to the clients. Plan, organize and coordinate cocktail and dinner parties, receptions, entertainment and other functions and services on request.
Arrange for personal services such as haircutting and styling, manicures, massages, etc. Remain immediately available during assigned shift to respond to guest needs and expectations. Coordinate various services by notifying appropriate departmental personnel of suitable times to arrange cleaning, turndown services, limousine arrangements, etc.
Maintain accountability for all receipts.
