Christian Jagodzinski,
Founder and Chairman

As Founder and Chairman of Villazzo, LLC, Mr. Jagodzinski provides strategic overall management and financial oversight.

The idea of establishing Villazzo came to Jagodzinski after he experienced what it felt like to be an unsatisfied renter of supposedly high-end villas. Since then, he has established a hotel company that has become known for providing personalized, five-star-quality hotel service to the most discriminating guests in private homes.

Christian is fluent in German, French, English, and Spanish. He holds an MBA degree from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich, Germany. Starting his first business at the age of 16, Jagodzinski went on to form companies such as Telebook Inc., the first automated online book retailer worldwide, acquired by Amazon.com in 1998. He also created WWW-Service, a leading European web hosting provider, which Verio bought in 1998 and later sold to NTT in 2000.

Jagodzinski aims to make Villazzo the most exclusive brand in the hotel sector - by providing guests the best hotel experience possible as they stay in the most beautiful homes in the world.

Thierry Morali,
President

Thierry Morali joined Villazzo as VP of Sales and Business Development in early 2007, bringing considerable expertise and a passion-driven experience of luxury hotels. He was announced President in November 2007.

In 1998, having successfully established the Made on Earth fashion retail chain in London, Mr Morali decided to move in a new direction, applying his interior design and luxury marketing skills to the world of boutique hotels. He founded Serendipity Hotels and Resorts, creating and selling his first hotel property in Ibiza. Attracting the attention of private investors, Serendipity continued to develop boutique properties worldwide from Zambia and Morocco to New Zealand and Fiji, culminating with Yaukuve, a private Fijian island resort acclaimed by press and trade alike. Through these ventures, Thierry established privileged relationships with the world's top travel agents as well as invaluable experience developing hotels in exotic destinations.

The company expanded to include hotel management and design and continues to manage high-end boutique hotels in partnership with Villazzo.

Richard Freeman,
General Counsel

Villazzo's counsel on legal matters has 35 years of experience as a transactional lawyer and an investment banker.

Mr. Freeman was Director of the Consumer Products Group of the investment bank Salomon Smith Barney. He was responsible for planning and executing numerous public equity and debt offerings, and merger and acquisition transactions on behalf of consumer product and retail companies in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

Prior to becoming an investment banker, Richard had his own law firm in Miami, Florida specializing in corporate, real estate, and international business transactions. He began his career with the Securities and Exchange Commission offices in Washington, D.C. and New York City, where he was Special Counsel in charge of investigating and prosecuting major violations of the federal securities, anti-fraud, and full disclosure laws.

Freeman is fluent in French and English, and literate in Spanish and German.

Patricia Leis,
VP of Operations

Ms. Leis, as VP of International Operations, oversees hospitality management at all Villazzo properties, including guest relations, product sourcing, concierge service, staff training, and reservations.

Patricia draws on her extensive experience in the five-star hospitality industry. She previously worked for two of the largest luxury hotel chains in France—the Le Meridien and Concorde hotels in Paris.

Fluent in German, French, English, and Spanish, she holds an American degree in Hospitality Management from the Academie Internationale de Management in Paris, France, one of the city's most prestigious hospitality schools.

Jorge Gonzalez,
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO Mr. Gonzalez will provide leadership in achieving Villazzo’s financial objectives.

Jorge has ten years of experience as a Financial Executive with Multinational Corporations, including Eastern and American Airlines. Career track includes positions as Cash Manager, Treasury Manager, Principal Banking, Director of International Finance, Controller and Chief Financial Officer.

In addition He has over ten years of experience in Management Consulting and has served as Senior Manager, Senior Business Analyst and Auditor with some of the largest Professional Service Firms, including big four Ernst & Young and Robert Half Management Resources. His practice includes several years of working in the Hospitality Industry and with some of the Premier Real Estate Investment Trusts.

Jorge has a BA in Economics from Boston University and obtained his MBA at INCAE Business School an international affiliate of the Harvard Business School.

Christophe Martin,
GM Villazzo St. Tropez

Mr. Martin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Villazzo’s property management operations in St. Tropez, having been promoted into the General Manager position in May of 2008. Prior to this new position, he worked for almost two years in Villazzo’s Villa Management Department and in the Operations Department during the high season.

Together with his wide-ranging linguistic abilities in French, English, and German, Mr. Martin’s previous freelance work in a variety of related sectors, such as property management, promotion, and marketing, qualifies him for guiding and overseeing Villazzo’s presence in the French Riviera. He has an intimate understanding of the critical elements surrounding the presentation, promotion, and maintenance of luxury properties and lifestyle.

Sean Hayes
GM Villazzo Aspen

Mr. Hayes, oversees the development of Villazzo Aspen.

Hayes held numerous management positions in the five-star hotel world: Chief Engineer, Director of Housekeeping, Director of Facilities, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager.

Before joining Villazzo, Hayes was Director of Vacation Delivery for Marriott’s Barony Beach Club on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, where he drove guest satisfaction up nearly 10 percent in one year, while still remaining under budget.
