Villazzo’s unique “VillaHotel Service” offers you a complete five-star hotel experience, matching/surpassing the world’s most renowned hotels, but with one exception: at a VillaHotel, you are the only guest. The “VillaHotel” concept built Villazzo’s reputation as the most exclusive operator in the luxury villa market.

The “Basic Linen Service” option lacks the VillaHotel details and services; always choose the VillaHotel service if you can afford it. Villazzo offer this “minimum service” only for you to compare rates with other “serviced villa” operators – that’s what they offer.

SERVICES AS VILLAHOTEL WITH BASIC LINEN SERVICE
MANAGEMENT
Meet & greet by dedicated personal butler – Villazzo President welcomes you at check-in – Pre -arrival equipment check, property maintenance and emergency repairs – Daily Breakfast & Newspaper service.
Meet & greet at the property through Sales Associate – Repairs / Maintenance have to be organized by guest directly with owner's property manager.
HOUSEKEEPING
Daily Housekeeping by uniformed and trained Villazzo Housekeeping Team – Daily change and off-site laundry of linen – Turn down service.
Housekeeping twice per week – Laundry and change of linen once per week.
BUTLER / CONCIERGE
Dedicated full-time in-villa butler – Personal shopping service – Restaurant reservations – Newspaper service - Breakfast service – Cocktail service.
Concierge available at local office by phone during business hours (Mo – Fr 9:00am – 5:00pm). Only office-based requests can be honored.
BEDROOM
600 thread count FRETTE linen – Super soft mattress pads – Two different non-allergenic pillow thicknesses - Small Villazzo embroidered neck pillows – VOSS water bottles – Villazzo porcelaine tissue boxes – GODIVA bedside chocolates.
