After initial agreements are reached, you will receive a Vacation Contract from our sales agent. After reading, sign the contract and return it to us with the required 25 percent deposit if you’re booking more than eight weeks before arrival. Full payment is required if booking within eight weeks of arrival.
The signed contract then has to be sent to us together with:
• A copy of your passport or national ID
• A copy of your credit card (showing both sides)

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the signed contract, copies of your ID and credit card, and the necessary payment, we will issue a confirmation invoice.
Check the invoice and inform us within 10 days of receipt should any change need to be made.
Payment
Payment before check-in is accepted by check, bank transfer (net of charges) or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All credit card payments incur a surcharge of 3 percent. Make cheques payable to Villazzo.
Payment for incidental charges after check-out is accepted by credit card only. A charge of 3 percent is levied on all in-resort credit card payments to cover card charges.
