Villazzo’s December NewsletterFrom Christian Jagodzinski, President and Founder of Villazzo
As Christmas and New Year’s are fast approaching, I would like to wish you and your family Happy Holidays from Villazzo. Thank you to all of you who made for another very successful year at Villazzo.
I am very happy that more and more guests embrace the “next level in vacation rentals” – our VillaHotel concept – in Miami, St Tropez, and Aspen.
As a Christmas gift, I want to offer you two properties with very special pricing; and both are still available over the holidays.Everything else has been booked… and a lot of it very last minute. We just booked 3 properties in the last 2 days… and only 3 days to go before Christmas.
My warmest regards,
President and Founder

In Aspen, stay at VillaHotel Pamela and receive more than 25% off your entire stay – just $13,900 per night instead of the standard $19,100 rate. Plus, we are also including a free airport transfer, free massages on arrival, and a welcome toast with champagne.

We’re proud to be offering two stunning, new properties to our Aspen vacation destination. If you’re looking for the ultimate vacation experience in Aspen – it doesn’t get any more luxurious than six-bedroom VillaHotel Elisa. This estate is only five minutes away from downtown Aspen and the area’s top ski slopes, but you would never know it: it sits on a pristine, private piece of land overlooking the entire area – and has so much inside space, you will feel more like in a Castle than in a home.
Also joining the Aspen roster is “V” Villa Silvia. Silvia offers a different take on the typical look and feel of a lodge-style Aspen luxury villa. The modern, Asian-inspired 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom Silvia is located only a stone’s throw from downtown Aspen and the area’s top ski slopes, putting you right in the midst of everything.
On a final note, Villazzo is proud to note that we exhibited at this year’s International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) in Cannes.
It was a wonderful opportunity for us to showcase our unparalleled VillaHotel concept to the luxury travel community from around the globe, who regularly meet in Cannes every December. We look forward to attending again next year.

This month the who’s who of the modern art world, along with a horde of A-listers, jet setters, and famous faces, descended on Miami for the 10th anniversary of Art Basel. The art exhibition has gone a long way to re-energizing Miami’s international image, making the city the place to be in early December and kicking off the Miami high season with a bang. After a whirlwind of exhibits and parties talk is already turning to Art Basel 2012 (December 6 – 9), and now is the perfect time to pre-book your luxury villa rental if you’re planning to be in Miami this time next year.
The 2011 addition of Art Basel Miami was punctuated with a variety of exhibitions from newcomers to more established and well known artists, as well as a whirlwind of parties and promotional events. From November 30th to December 3rd, Miami was the place to be, showcasing work from 260 international galleries. With a reported 50,000 attending, a multitude of private jets touching down at Opa-Locka Airport and big names like the Yankee’s Alexander Rodriguez hosting VIP events it’s safe to say that Art Basel 2011 in Miami was nothing short of a whirlwind. As for the art, which for all intents and purposes is meant to be the real star of the show, reports are that even in this somewhat uncertain economic climate sales were brisk (the majority of the buyers were said to be American, a departure from recent years that saw many from Russia, Brazil and China).
